Overview

Khatem is a Flutter mobile application designed to help Muslim families and communities organize and track group Quran recitations (khatamaat). Users can create a group, assign juz (sections) to participants, and track collective progress toward completing the Quran together.

My Role

Project Manager responsible for product definition, sprint planning, and delivery coordination. Managed the development team and maintained alignment with the client's vision.
